These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of GPU Cost at gpucost.org. By using the website or an optional account feature, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

GPU Cost provides GPU pricing comparisons, cloud GPU rental information, hardware price references, provider listings, comparison pages, use-case guides, calculators, search, and related tools. The website is an informational comparison service and is not a cloud provider, hardware seller, broker, financial adviser, or procurement agent.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old, or meet the minimum age required by the laws that apply to you, to use the Service.
• If you create an account, you must provide information that is accurate and keep your account credentials and API keys secure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly reporting unauthorized access.
• Google and GitHub sign-in are provided by those third parties and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

3. Pricing Data and Results

Pricing, availability, specifications, provider information, calculations, and recommendations may come from public sources, provider data, automated collection, or internal calculations. We try to keep information current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate, available, or current at every moment. Prices and availability can change without notice. Verify important information directly with the relevant provider before making a purchase, deployment, or business decision.

4. Optional Paid Features and Credits

Some optional account features may use credits, paid products, subscriptions, or usage limits. Prices, included usage, expiration rules, refunds, and availability will be shown at the relevant checkout or feature interface. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store full payment-card details. Credits and access may be suspended or corrected when a payment is reversed, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or incorrectly awarded.

5. Third-Party Providers and Affiliate Links

The website links to third-party cloud GPU providers, hardware retailers, data sources, payment services, authentication providers, and other websites. Some provider links may contain referral parameters, and we may receive a commission or other benefit at no additional cost to you. We do not control third-party services, pricing, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms and policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or infringing purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, copy, mirror, resell, or systematically collect data without our permission, except where permitted by law or an applicable written license.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content. Do not submit sensitive personal information or content belonging to another person without permission.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, layout, text, graphics, logos, calculations, original guides, and compilation of data, is owned by GPU Cost or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Third-party names, logos, data, and links remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. GPU pricing information and calculations are not professional financial, legal, engineering, or procurement advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GPU Cost and its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service or third-party services.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to the Service or an account if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay an amount due, abuse a feature, or if suspension is required by law or needed to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain provisions, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, payment records, and dispute-related provisions, may continue after termination.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these Terms when the Service, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be indicated by updating the Effective Date above. Continued use after an update means that you accept the revised Terms.
