• Account and authentication information - If you use an optional account feature, we may receive your email address, name or nickname, avatar, locale, sign-in provider, provider identifier, and account timestamps through Google or GitHub authentication.
• Usage and device data - IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, pages visited, referring URL, search and interaction events, timestamps, diagnostic data, and security logs.
• Support and feedback - Information you send to us by email or through feedback features, including the message, rating, and related account information.
• Purchase and account-service data - Order identifiers, product or plan information, credit balances and transactions, subscription status, payment status, and the email address associated with a purchase. Full payment-card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by us.
• API and uploaded content - If an optional feature allows you to create API keys, upload files, or submit content for processing, we may process the key metadata, files, prompts, inputs, outputs, and related usage records needed to provide that feature.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide GPU price comparisons, calculators, guides, search, account features, and other requested services.
• Authenticate users, maintain account security, manage API access, credits, orders, subscriptions, and refunds.
• Monitor performance, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and protect the website and users.
• Understand website usage and improve content, data quality, tools, and user experience.
• Respond to support requests and communicate important service, security, or policy updates.
• Measure affiliate referrals and maintain relationships with service providers.
• Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect our rights.

3. Service Providers and Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients when reasonably necessary:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers - Cloudflare Workers, D1, R2, CDN, security, and storage services used to operate the website and optional account features.
• Authentication providers - Google and GitHub when you choose to sign in through them.
• Payment providers - The payment processor used at checkout, currently Creem, to create checkout sessions, process payments, and handle refunds or subscriptions.
• Analytics providers - Microsoft Clarity and similar tools may receive usage, device, and interaction information to help us understand and improve the website.
• Processing providers - If an optional AI or file-processing feature is used, the necessary input may be sent to the provider that performs that requested operation.
• Legal and business recipients - Authorities when legally required, professional advisers, or a successor in a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, web beacons, pixels, IP addresses, and similar identifiers to keep the website working, remember settings, authenticate accounts, measure traffic, prevent abuse, and understand performance. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although some account or website features may not work correctly.

5. Google Services and Advertising

We may use Google products and services for measurement, advertising, site verification, or related website functions. When Google advertising is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may place or read cookies, use web beacons, and receive information such as IP address, device information, and usage data to serve, limit, personalize, and measure ads as permitted by law.

We do not intentionally send information that directly identifies you, such as your email address, to Google for advertising requests. We do not use account information, API keys, purchase history, GPU workload information, or optional uploaded content to build personalized advertising audiences.

6. Regional Consent

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other jurisdictions where consent is required, non-essential analytics or advertising technologies should be used only after the required choice is obtained. Depending on your choice and location, advertising may be personalized or non-personalized. You may withdraw consent through the privacy controls made available on the website or through your browser settings.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Account information is generally retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Order, payment, credit, security, and legal records may be retained longer when needed for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance. Uploaded files and generated assets, where an optional feature supports them, may remain in account storage until deleted by the user or removed under our operational retention practices.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, authentication, encrypted connections, and provider security features, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. International Transfers

Your information may be processed or stored in countries other than the country where you live, including countries where our hosting, authentication, analytics, payment, or processing providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. 11. Children's Privacy

GPU Cost is not directed to children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age in the user's jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

12. Precise Location and Sensitive Information

We do not intentionally collect precise geolocation data through the public GPU pricing pages. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential credentials, or information about another person unless a feature expressly requests it and you have the necessary permission.
